Welcome to Flour de Lisa!

This is a casual baking/cooking blog, to be updated roughly once or twice a week.  Some things posted will be tried-and-true recipes from other creators or adaptions of such recipes, in which I will always credit the original creator.  I like to combine elements from multiple recipes a lot.  Sometimes, I may even post my own original creations.

I am still very much an amateur in the kitchen, which I find incredibly exciting – just look at how much more I have to learn!  Thus, the goal of this blog is to keep me trying new things while baking and cooking, and to hopefully encourage others to experiment in the kitchen too.  The way I see it, if this girl who once couldn’t even follow the instructions on the back of a frozen dinner box (think exploding pizzas) can now make her own pizza dough, then really anyone is capable of learning.
